Fighting Hawks Fall on the Road to Pioneers
DENVER, Colo. – A road trip to Colorado for North Dakota men’s tennis began at Denver and, despite late battles in singles competition, ended in a 7-0 loss for the Fighting Hawks on Saturday evening. The loss moves UND to 13-8 overall and 2-2 in conference play while the Pioneers improve to 13-5 and 3-0. Denver took control early in doubles play, securing a pair of 6-1 and 6-2 wins from the third and second courts, respectively, to clinch the 1-0 lead.
