Falese Leads Cornell Effort on Day One of Big Red Invite
ITHACA, N.Y. 鈥� Cornell opened competition at the Big Red Invitational on Saturday at the Kane Sports Complex, with a limited schedule highlighting the first four events of the women’s heptathlon. Due to windy conditions, select events were moved inside Barton Hall. The heptathlon standings feature a field of six competitors, with Cornell’s Sade Falese sitting in fifth place with 2,324 points after day one.
