Falcons Drop Game One, Rally Before Rain Halts Game Two
Box Score 1 RIVER FALLS, Wis. – The UW-River Falls softball team split results in a weather-impacted WIAC doubleheader against UW-Platteville Saturday afternoon at Faye Perkins Stadium. In game one, the Falcons fell 8-2 as Platteville jumped out early and never looked back. The Pioneers plated three runs in the opening inning and capitalized on miscues in the third to add four more, building a 7-0 advantage through three innings.
