Central second at Hope men鈥檚 golf tournament
ALLENDALE, MICHIGAN 鈥� A strong day two helped the Central College men’s golf team climb into second place at the Bob Ebels Invitational hosted by Hope College (Mich.) Saturday. The Dutch had a two-day total of 303-300鈥�603. Trine University (Ind.) was the winning team at 295-290鈥�585. Ethan Tiller of Calvin University (Mich.) was the individual medalist in 72-70鈥�142. Carter Yurgae (sophomore, West Des Moines, Dowling Catholic HS) was once again Central’s best individual, tying for second place in 7372鈥�145. He was given the fourth-place medal after a card back.
