Castillo鈥檚 800m Performance Highlights Day at Crimson Tide Invitational
TUSCALOOSA 鈥� UAB Track & Field wrapped up its day at the Crimson Tide Invitational hosted by Alabama. The day was highlighted by Lia Castillo in the 800m. Castillo placed sixth overall out of 28 runners and finished with a time of 2:10.01. Castillo’s 800m time now ranks eighth in school history. Emma Kate Alexander also ran the 800m and she recorded her personal record with a time of 2:15.83. Ava Brooks and Kyra Hayes competed in the 3000m Steeplechase.
