Bulldogs Compete at Bucknell, Texas A&M; Acevedo Breaks Record Again
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women’s track and field team competed at a pair of meets Saturday, wrapping up competition at Texas A&M’s 44 Farms Team Invitational and starting competition at Bucknell’s Bison Outdoor Classic. At the 44 Farms Team Invitational, first-year Constanza Acevedo provided a highlight by breaking her own school record in the javelin. Acevedo’s mark of 46.21m bested her mark of 45.92m from last month at UCF’s Black & Gold Challenge. She has now broken the school record in each of her first two meets for the Bulldogs.
