RALEIGH, N.C. — Establishing a new program record for career draw controls, senior All-American Brookelyn Morrison headlined another historic outing by the 22nd-ranked Christopher Newport women’s lacrosse team as the Captains rolled past Meredith, 15-7, during a non-conference showdown on Saturday afternoon at the Meredith College Athletic Complex. Against the Avenging Angels, Morrison hauled in a game-high six draw controls, which bumped her career total to 329.
