Cortland, NY – The Vassar College Women’s Golf team returned to action on Saturday, finishing the First Round of the Cortland Martin/Wallace Invitational in sixth-place with a team score of 384. Iesha DeSilva (Dayton, MD) and Olivia Pocat (Saratoga, CA) led the way for Vassar, tying for 17th-place. Ithaca leads the event though 18 holes with a score of 315 and is followed by Union (342), Cortland (344), St. Lawrence (350), St. John Fisher (368), Vassar (384), Nazareth (406), William Smith (427), Albertus Magnus (436) and Utica (444).
