Bombers sweep Thoroughbreds to take series 2-1
ITHACA, N.Y. – The Skidmore College baseball team was swept on the road at Ithaca on Saturday afternoon, 5-3 and 8-4. Game 1 – Ithaca 5, Skidmore 3 Skidmore brought the tying run to the plate in the top of the ninth inning, but Bomber closer Luke Zelinko got the last two outs in the air to end it and even the series.
