Baseball scores 31 runs on Saturday to complete sweep of Emory & Henry
HICKORY, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Baseball team scored 31 runs on Saturday to complete the weekend sweep of Emory & Henry. In the opener, LR pounded 25 hits as Matt Procopio , Drew Beard , and Sylas Boris each had a four hit game. Boris hit a pair of home runs and collected six RBIs in the 19-9 victory. In the night cap, Mackenzie Wainwright went deep for the 13th time this season while Lleyton Lackey added a two run home run to give Lenoir-Rhyne a 12-3 win.
