Barton women’s lacrosse suffers home setback to Belmont Abbey on Saturday morning
WILSON, N.C. – The Belmont Abbey women's lacrosse team (10-5, 6-1) handed Barton (5-9, 3-4) a 17-7 loss Saturday afternoon in a Conference Carolinas contest at Electric Supply Company Field and Truist Stadium. The Crusaders' Katelyn Miller (Savannah, Ga.) scored a match-high four goals while Addyson Greenspan (Delafield, Wisc.) and Trinity Cassidy (Snellville, Ga.) added three scores each as the visitors jumped out to a 6-0 lead early in the second quarter on their way to the win.
