Balanced Scoring Effort Leads Women’s Lax Over Colgate
BALTIMORE — Behind a dominant draw control effort and a balanced offensive attack, Loyola University Maryland rolled to an 18-11 victory over Colgate on Saturday at Ridley Athletic Complex. Loyola (10-5, 6-1) controlled the game from the outset, scoring five of the first six goals and never relinquishing the lead. The Greyhounds used a decisive 6-2 opening quarter, followed by a 5-2 third quarater to pace themselves past Colgate.
