CHICAGO, ILL. – The seventh-ranked Grand Valley State baseball team completed a doubleheader road sweep over Roosevelt Saturday afternoon. They defeated the Lakers 6-0 in the opener, then took the second game 11-1. GVSU has won three straight games, improving to 29-6 this season, and 9-2 in the GLIAC. In the first game, the Lakers brought across four runs in the second inning to take the early lead.
