Women’s Lacrosse Win Streaks Ends at Seven
Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University women’s lacrosse’s seven-game winning streak came to a close Friday in a 15-12 loss to Atlantic East Conference rival Neumann Univversity. The Pacers fall to 8-6 overall and 2-1 in conference play. Neumann jumped ahead to a 5-2 lead with four straight goals in the first quarter. The Pacers were not able to get within less than two goals for the remainder of the contest. Kaitlyn Smith broke the Marywood single-season record for assists.
