UWSP Baseball Splits Home Opener with UWRF
STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point baseball team (9-13, 3-9) split the home opener with visiting UW-River Falls (11-11, 5-7) on Friday. The Pointers fell in game one, 13-11, before earning a 10-9 walk-off win in game two. Tommy Drohner (Plover, Wis./SPASH) went 3-for-4 in both games with two RBI in each game and three runs scored on the day. Cooper Brown (Appleton, Wis./West) had four hits, all in game two.
