Track and Field Squads Compete at Queens College Knights Invitational
Both the Lehman College men’s and women’s outdoor track and field teams turned in a strong performance at the Queens College Knights Invitational this afternoon in Queens, NY, highlighted by multiple personal records, top finishes, and strong efforts across both track and field events. On the track, Malalia Siafa-Bangura posted a personal-best 13.97 seconds in the 100-meter dash, getting 9th place overall. Emmanuella Chukwumeze also had a strong meet, placing 12th in the 100 meters, 11th in the 200 meters with a personal-best 29.77, and 6th in the long jump with a PR of 3.21 meters.
