HAMMOND, La. 鈥� In the opening of a series featuring the top two teams in the Southland Conference standings, the two-time reigning SLC Tournament champion Southeastern Louisiana University softball team remained unbeaten in league play with a doubleheader sweep of Lamar Friday evening at North Oak Park. Southeastern (36-9, 17-0 SLC) outscored the visitors, 16-1, in the two wins and extended its school-record winning streak to 22 games.
