LOWELL, Mass. – Freshman Cal Chance (Wolcott, Conn.) put together a strong day at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs in the contest, as the UMass Lowell baseball team (12–17, 4–6 AE) secured a dominant game one victory, 11–2, over NJIT (10—18, 2–8 AE) at Edward A.
