Nash Central finishes 2-1 in Dare County tournament
The Nash Central baseball team finished with two wins in three games during the Dare County Easter Tournament this week. The Bulldogs (9-8 overall) finished 2-1 in the event with a 7-2 triumph Tuesday over Manteo. Nash Central put up seven runs in the top of the fourth inning to erase a 2-0 deficit. Peyton Harris and Avery Flowers (double) led the Bulldogs with two hits each while Caleb Cox (RBI), Dylan Moseley and Hunter Bell (two RBI) provided the other hits.
