Mustangs Fall in Close Battle with No. 23 Cal
DALLAS (SMU) 鈥� The SMU women’s tennis team fell 4-2 to No. 23 Cal (11-6, 8-4 ACC) on Friday to open their final weekend of regular season play. With the loss, the Mustangs fell to 14-6, 6-5 in ACC play. The Golden Bears got the best in doubles, handing SMU only its fourth doubles point loss of the season. Cal won on courts two and three to take the doubles point, 6-3 and 7-6 (7-3), respectively.
