Lander Falls to GCSU, 9-3, in Series Opener
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Lander baseball team managed just two hits as they fell to Georgia College and State University, 9-3, on Friday evening at John Kurtz Field in the opening game of a Peach Belt Conference series. GCSU outhit Lander 21-2, the most hits allowed by the Bearcats since February 2018. The Bobcats created early separation, plating six runs across the first four innings to take a 6-0 lead.
