Johnnies Suffer Setback at Providence
PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The St. John's softball team fell to Providence, 8-3, on Friday afternoon in the opener of a three-game BIG EAST series at Glay Field. The Red Storm (26-14, 6-7 BIG EAST) recorded three runs while tallying four hits in the contest. Makenna Meadows drove in two runs for the Johnnies, while Natasha Limbani added an RBI.
