Hoyas and Bluejays Split Friday Doubleheader
WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University softball team split with the Creighton University Bluejays on Friday in a BIG EAST Conference doubleheader at the Creighton Softball Stadium in Omaha, Nebraska. GU fell 6-5 in the first game, but came back with a 6-4 victory in the second contest. With the split, the Hoyas move to 14-15 overall and 7-7 in league play, while the Bluejays sit at 22-21 for the season and 10-4 in the league.
