Grenadiers blown out in series opener
OWENSBORO, Ky. – The IU Southeast baseball team was blown out 21-1 in its series opener against the Brescia Bearcats Friday afternoon. Friday’s loss to the Bearcats is IU Southeast’s worst loss since a 26-6 loss to Point Park back in 2014. Brescia scored early and often in this one, plating three runs in the first and four in the second. The Bearcats then added a pair in the third, then followed it up with six more in the fifth.
