GC men鈥檚 track and field athletes post stellar performances at Jim Duncan Invitational
Results DES MOINES, Iowa – Luke Robinson ’26 and other Grinnell College men’s track and field athletes were stellar on the big stage Friday at the Jim Duncan Invitational. Competing against several NCAA Division I athletes, several Pioneers posted high finishes including Robinson’s victory in the 3000-meter steeplechase. Robinson outdid 13 other runners at Drake Stadium with a time of 9 minutes, 24.83 seconds. That ranks third in program history. Ben Abelow ’28 was second in the 5000 in 14:47.09, which ranks third in GC history, and Jake Bell ’27 took seventh in the discus with a toss of 45.82…
