MONTEVALLO, Ala. 鈥� The Montevallo baseball team opened its weekend series with a 4-1 victory over Christian Brothers on Friday night at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. Christian Brothers struck first with a run in the opening frame, but Montevallo answered immediately.
