Falcons Ride Dominant Pitching, Timely Hitting to 4-1 Series-Opening Win Over Christian Brothers
MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo baseball team opened its weekend series with a 4-1 victory over Christian Brothers on Friday night at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. Christian Brothers struck first with a run in the opening frame, but Montevallo answered immediately. Evan Radford launched a two-run home run to left-center, his ninth of the season, to give the Falcons a 2-1 lead.
