Dutch men secure tennis win over Prairie Wolves
PELLA — The doubles point once again made the difference for the Central College men’s tennis team in a 4-3 win over Nebraska Wesleyan University Wednesday. Central (3-12, 2-0 American Rivers Conference) tallied the critical doubles point with wins in No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. Bodi Kortz (freshman, Wormerveer, Netherlands/St. Michael College ) and Alex Slaymaker (Junior, Geneseo, Ill.) won 6-4 at the top of the lineup while Ernest Alvarez Chedzoy (freshman, Kerrville, Texas, Tivy HS and Gavin Jablonski (junior, Marshalltown) won 7-5 in the second spot.
