Concord Finishes Second at Home Meet
Results ATHENS, W.Va. 鈥� The Concord University men’s track & field team finished second at the Concord Open Friday night at Callaghan Stadium. CU scored 103 points and was the runner-up to winner Bluefield State who scored 163 points. The Mountain Lions had one individual winner and one relay win as sophomore Cierra Parker cleared 1.65 meters in the high jump to claim victory. The 4×400-meter relay team of freshman Avery Lilly , sophomore Kendall Lilly , junior Kiley Smich and freshman Violet Wall combined to run a season-best time of 4:24.34 to pick up a win.
