Cardinals Lose Series Opener to Stanford
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville baseball team lost 12-2 in the series opener against Stanford on Friday night at Jim Patterson Stadium. Louisville (19-15, 5-8 ACC) scored the opening two runs of the game before giving up 12 unanswered in the loss. The Cardinals wasted no time getting into the scoring column Friday, needing just three batters to plate their first run.
