Baseball: Dominant pitching gives Panthers two wins over Southwestern
YORK, Neb. – The York University baseball team picked up a sweep over Southwestern Friday afternoon by scores of 10-0 and 5-0. The Panthers are now 15-25 on the season, including 13-15 in KCAC action. Head coach Brian Walth ‘s team took an early 1-0 lead. In the bottom of the first, Jose Martinez roped an 0-1 pitch into center field. He took third on Gio Tarin’s double to left field.
