Baseball Comes Back Twice in Loss
The Muhlenberg baseball team came back to tie twice but was walked off in the bottom of the ninth and fell at Haverford, 4-3. Trailing 2-0 after five, the Mules (7-17, 2-6) had two out and one on in the sixth before three consecutive singles tied the game. Sophomore Jason Hughes drove in the first run, and senior Thomas Pranzo brought home the second. The Fords (9-16, 3-5) quickly went back in front with a leadoff home in the bottom of the sixth.
