REDBLACKS fans will see a familiar face when they tune into the team鈥檚 site for content this season as veteran Ottawa sportswriter Tim Baines will be contributing throughout the year. Baines was a longtime sportswriter at the Ottawa Sun before retiring in September of 2025. An award-winning sports journalist, he joined the Sun for its start-up in 1988.
