Augusta Falls to USC Aiken in Series Opener
AIKEN, S.C. – Augusta came up short in the series opener, falling 5-0 to USC Aiken Pacers softball on Friday evening. The Pacers used a five-run first inning to take an early lead, but Augusta settled in and competed well through the remainder of the contest to hold them steady.
