FORT WORTH - Thirty student-athletes representing 13 sports were inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society on Wednesday. Chi Alpha Sigma is the nation's first and only nonprofit organization dedicated to recognizing four-year college student-athletes who excel in both academics and athletics. Founded in 1996 by then-DePauw University head football coach Nick Mourouzis, the society connects honorees in a fraternal network that celebrates their combined academic and athletic achievements.
