Rye Jaran Named Assistant Coach of Men鈥檚 Soccer
AMHERST, Mass. – Rye Jaran has been named an assistant coach for the men’s soccer program, head coach Justin Serpone recently announced. Jaran enters his first season with the Amherst Men’s Soccer program in 2026 after joining the staff in the spring of 2026. His first collegiate coaching opportunity came as an assistant coach at Emmanuel College, where he took over recruiting and conducted scouts and film reviews. He was the sole member on staff during a coaching transition, and continued recruiting, communicating with staff, and holding team events.
