Girls Kate Randolph, Danville Randolph pitched a one-hit shutout in a 4-0 win over Falkville at the Morgan County Tournament on Friday, striking out 10 over seven innings of work. She also had a hit and drove in a run for the Hawks. "I'm incredibly proud of her," head coach Sydnee Fitzgerald said. "As just an eighth grader she showed tremendous composure and confidence in the circle. She attacked every hitter and delivered a dominant performance with 10 strikeouts and only allowed one hit.
