Lobos Take on Patriots in Series Opener
Alpine, Texas 鈥� Sul Ross State University Baseball (3-36, LSC 3-36) opened its Lone Star Conference series against No. 10 University of Texas at Tyler (30-9, LSC 30-9) Thursday afternoon at Kokernot Field. The Patriots took game one over the Lobos with a 19-1 final. Sul Ross recorded four hits in the contest, with Leo Salas leading the way with two hits, while Brock Rogers added a double and scored the lone run for the Lobos.
