Late Runs Lift Moravian Past Baseball
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Moravian University scored seven runs over the sixth and seventh innings and the host Greyhounds rallied for an 11-6 victory over the Rangers in a Landmark Conference baseball game Wednesday afternoon. Sophomore Zach Maxwell drilled a go-ahead, two-run single in the top of the sixth to put the Rangers up 6-4, but Moravian (10-12, 4-8 LC) answered in the bottom half with four runs on one hit, four walks (one intentional), and one hit by pitch versus three Ranger pitchers.
