Kharb and Lacombe Win Singles Matches Against Trailblazers
TIGERVILLE, S.C. 鈥� The Converse University women’s tennis team fell 5-2 to the North Greenville Trailblazers on Tuesday afternoon at the Vance Tennis Complex on the campus of North Greenville University. With the loss, Converse falls to 7-8 and 6-2 in Conference Carolinas play. The Trailblazers improve to 12-7 and 6-3 in conference action. The Trailblazers swept doubles play before senior Khushi Kharb won 6-1, 6-4 at No. 1 singles. The Valkyries’ other point came from freshman Camille Lacombe as she won 6-3, 6-1 at No. 6 singles.
