Goldey-Beacom Sees Two Student-Athletes Grab Three Monthly Awards from the CACC
Goldey-Beacom took home three monthly awards from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference with freshman Jenna Frank (Ulm, Germany) named Women's Tennis Player and Rookie of the Month and freshman Matteo Sasdelli (Florence, Italy) tabbed Men's Golf Rookie of the Month. Named second team All-CACC last fall, Frank went 2-1 over singles play in March and 1-2 in doubles. She gutted her way to a 3-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-1) on March at No. 2 singles over West Chester's Ashleigh Grooms. This was after Frank and Camilla Franzin teamed for a 6-1 triumph at first doubles.
