Balanced Effort Lifts Carroll Men’s Golf to Second-Place Finish in Firebird Invitational at Meadowbrook
RACINE, Wis. — The Carroll University men’s golf team displayed a very well-rounded performance in the early strong spring season by finishing second out of 18 teams at its second invitational of the season, competing at Meadowbrook Country Club. The Pioneers turned in another balanced performance on the par-71, 6,519-yard layout, navigating a challenging course that saw the field average just over 81 strokes per round.
