Wheaton men鈥檚 tennis team begins CCIW play with 7-0 sweep of Elmhurst
Wheaton, Ill. — 24 hours after wrapping up its non-conference schedule with a 7-0 victory over Concordia University Chicago, the Thunder men’s tennis team returned to the Wheaton Tennis Courts to face another suburban side, Elmhurst University, in its first conference fixture of 2026. The Orange and Blue continued their recent dominance over the Bluejays with another 7-0 sweep this evening, extending Wheaton’s 11-year winning streak against Elmhurst. 2016 marks the last time the Bluejays managed to take a point off of Wheaton in the team score column.
