Track & Field Kicks Off Outdoor Season at Stomper Open
Mankato, MN — Wednesday, the North Central University (NCU) Track and Field teams competed at the Stomper Open Meet hosted by the University of Minnesota State, Mankato. Today’s meet was highlighted by multiple personal-best performances and a pair of top-10 finishes. Sprints: Sophomore hurdler/jumper Joyce Horton led the way for the Rams, placing 9th overall in the 400m with a time of 1:06.54, securing a top-10 finish. Earlier in the day, Horton also clocked a 13.66 in the 100m prelims.
