Thunder softball competes at Benedictine
Lisle, Ill. – The Wheaton softball team traveled to nearby Benedictine University on Tuesday afternoon for a non-conference doubleheader against the Eagles. The hosts rallied in the final two innings to win the first game 6-3. BenU accomplished the sweep with a 10-1 victory against the Thunder in the nightcap. The Eagles won the first game 6-3 as the Eagles scored six runs, on six hits, with two errors and the Thunder scored three runs, on five hits, with two errors.
