Srubar makes history with Freshman of the Week award
Kingsville - Courtesy of a three-homer doubleheader sweep of Sul Ross St. last week, Texas A&M-Kingsville freshman INF Ella Srubar became the first Javelina in school history to win the Lone Star Conference's Freshman of the Week award. Srubar posted a .636 on-base percentage across her three starts for Kingsville last week, which included a pair of starts at third base against SRS, the first such starts of her collegiate career.
