Spartan bats on fire in torching of Cougars
The Aurora University baseball team and specifically the offense was on fire Wednesday afternoon, hitting nine balls over the fence in a NACC double header with the Concordia University Chicago Cougars. AU’s 29 run day was aided by 11 Tyler Patton runs batted in as he managed three three-run home runs and two doubles over the course of the day. AU won 14-3 in game one, and kept the hunting going as they won 15-4 in game two.
