Softball Falter Against SUNY-Delhi
Bronx, N.Y. 鈥� The Lehman College softball team dropped an 11-2 decision to visiting SUNY-Delhi in a non-conference match-up at South Field on Wednesday. Following the result, the Lightning go to a 1-11 overall record, while the Broncos improved to 4-10. The afternoon was originally scheduled as a doubleheader. However, the opening game was ruled a “no contest” after just an inning and a half of play. Injuries to several Lehman players left the team without the minimum nine players required to continue the contest.
