Softball earns road split against Messiah
GRANTHAM, Pa. – The Salisbury University softball program earned a midweek road sweep/split over/against Messiah University on Wednesday afternoon at the Starry Softball Field. The Sea Gulls (14-10) soared to a game-one win in five innings, 13-3, before falling in game two against the Falcons (16-10), 10-6. In the opening run-rule five-inning win, Salisbury tallied 15 hits in the 13-3 win that included 14 RBIs. The SU bats were hot out of the gate, posting three runs in the top of the first inning.
