Softball drops two games at Geneseo, 9-4, 2-1
GENESEO, N.Y. 鈥� The RIT Softball Team dropped a non-conference doubleheader at Geneseo by scores of 9-4 and 2-1, Wednesday. GENESEO 9, RIT 4 RIT jumped out early with a first-inning run on first-year Taryn Jones’ RBI double, but Geneseo responded with a four-run second inning to take control of the game. The Tigers answered in the top of the fifth, loading the bases and scoring twice on first-year Madison Passineau’s RBI single and a Geneseo error to trim the deficit to 5鈥�4.
