Softball Claims 11-2 Run Rule Victory Over Holy Cross
WORCESTER, Mass. – The Dartmouth softball team powered past Holy Cross, 11-2, in six innings on Wednesday afternoon at Freshman Field. Dartmouth struck first in the opening inning and continued to build momentum throughout the game. Lauren Ben-Ezra tripled, then later scored when Faby Serna was caught stealing, to give the Big Green a 1-0 lead. Serna played a huge role in Dartmouth's breakaway, hitting a two-run homer to center field in the third inning and a solo home run in the fifth to bring the lead to 4-0.
